Inheritance vaults on Robinhood Chain, run by you or your agent

Your Stock Tokens,
passed on.

Deposit, name your heirs, check in yourself or let an AI agent do it. If the check-ins stop for the period you set, your heirs claim.

How it works

A dead man's switch for what you hold on-chain. No custodian, no keeper, no fee.
  1. I

    Open a vault

Name up to four heirs and the share each one gets. Pick a check-in period: 90 days, 180 days or a year.

  2. II

    Deposit

Any of the 27 Stock Tokens, USDG or WETH. Add more or withdraw any time. Until the end, the vault is yours alone.

  3. III

    Check in

Any owner action resets the clock: a deposit, a withdrawal, a change of heirs, or a plain check-in. One transaction.

  4. IV

    If the clock runs out

Your heirs can claim their shares. Until the first claim, one check-in from you stops it.

Built for agents

Name an AI agent to check in for you, and give agents a paid API to watch vaults, x402 style.
  • Check-in agent

The owner names one wallet that can reset the clock. It sees you active elsewhere and checks in; if you are gone, it stops and the heirs claim. It cannot withdraw, change heirs or close.

  • Pay per call

Agents prepay USDG credits on chain and sign each request. No signature or no credit: HTTP 402 with the price. 0.001 USDG a call.

  • What agents read

A vault's clock, heirs and holdings at Chainlink prices; every vault an address owns, inherits or checks in for; vaults whose claim is open.

Safeguards and risks

Safeguards

  • The contract owner can allow tokens and set a creation fee capped at 1 USDG (it is 0). No function lets it move vault balances.
  • Only listed heirs can claim, and only after last check-in plus the period.
  • The first claim freezes the vault. Shares are fixed, each heir claims once, the last one takes rounding dust.
  • Balances are booked per vault from what actually arrived. Reentrancy guard and SafeERC20 on every transfer.
  • Periods are bounded: at least 30 days, at most 3 years.
  • A check-in agent can only reset the clock. It has no call that moves tokens, changes heirs or closes a vault.
  • API credits sit in a separate AgentCredits contract. The meter charges served calls within each agent's credit; the owner cannot move credits.

Risks

  • The contracts are unaudited. Start with an amount you can afford to lose.
  • If you forget to check in for the whole period, your heirs can claim while you are alive. Set a period you will keep.
  • If an heir loses their key, their share stays in the vault. You can change heirs any time before the period ends.
  • Stock Tokens carry their own issuer, price and market risks. Values shown use Chainlink feeds.
  • A vault covers only what is in it. A will still matters for everything else.

Questions

What is a check-in?+

A transaction from the owner's wallet on the vault. The Check in button does only that; deposits, withdrawals and changes count too. It resets the clock to the full period.

What do my heirs need?+

A wallet on Robinhood Chain whose address you entered, and a little ETH for gas. When the period has passed they open the vault page and press Claim.

Can I change my mind?+

Yes. Change heirs, shares or the period, withdraw part, or close the vault and take everything back. Each change resets the clock.

What if the period passed and nobody claimed yet?+

The vault is still yours. One check-in resets the clock and the claim closes again. Only the first claim locks the vault.

Who holds the assets?+

The LegatoVaults contract on Robinhood Chain, booked per vault. Nobody else, including the team, can move them.

What does a check-in agent do?+

It is a wallet you name, often run by an AI agent, that may call one function: check in. Let it watch for signs of life (your other wallets, your messages) and keep the vault open. If it stops, the heirs claim as usual. You can change or remove it any time.

Are there fees?+

No. The contract has an optional flat creation fee, capped at 1 USDG, and it is set to 0. You pay network gas only.

Is this a legal will?+

No. It is a contract that moves tokens when a condition is met. Talk to a lawyer about your estate as a whole.

Set it once. Check in when you think of it.
